Using the Service

- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks.
Fitness and medical disclaimer
The Service is for workout logging and coaching workflow support only. It does not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing an exercise program, especially if you have any medical condition or injury. Trainers are responsible for the guidance they provide; athletes remain responsible for their training decisions and safety.
As-is service
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your requirements.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synergym will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
Changes and availability
We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, including features that are in beta. We may also update these Terms from time to time by posting the new version on this page.
